GoKawiilElevation Lab pulls AirTag-silencing device, cites stalking risk
Elevation Lab has discontinued the AirTag silencing tool it recently launched, which was designed to mute the tracker's alert sounds. The company says it built the product to quiet AirTags on expensive bikes, but has since recognized it could be misused to track people without triggering phone notifications. Elevation Lab states it holds a patent on the device and will use it to block others from producing similar products.
