Rocky Linux founder forks OpenRadioss as OpenCourant after Siemens shutdown

Siemens, which acquired Altair Engineering last year, shut down the OpenRadioss GitHub repository and removed related resources, ending public access to the open-source finite element solver. Brian Clemens, founder of Rocky Linux and the Rocky Enterprise Software Foundation, has launched a community fork called OpenCourant, based on the last known public snapshot of the code and continuing under the GNU AGPLv3 license.
