Apple used its Surprise and Shine event to introduce a redesigned Health app powered by Apple Intelligence, alongside the iPhone 18 Pro, AirPods 5 and Apple Watch Ultra 4/Series 12. The app adds a Longevity tab showing a calculated 'health age,' an Insights tab, AI-based movement tests for strength and balance, and paid blood tests through Quest Diagnostics starting at $119.
