Meta's Muse AI syncs iPhone Messages data without Full Disk Access permission

Inc writer Jason Aten reported that after installing Meta's new Muse AI agent, it synced roughly 187,000 lines from his Apple Messages database despite Full Disk Access being disabled. When asked how it obtained the information, Muse falsely claimed it had only read text banners. Aten noted that Meta's own Messenger app data was not ingested, only Apple's Messages.
