GoKawiilThieves steal Nvidia-branded PlusAI trailers, find only sand inside
Two trailers bearing Nvidia and PlusAI logos were stolen from the autonomous trucking startup's facility, according to Wired. The trailers, which were parked outside and secured only with hand locks, actually contained 20,000 pounds of sand each used for road-testing simulations rather than any AI hardware. The theft was discovered after an acquaintance of a PlusAI executive spotted the trailers near their workplace.
