GoKawiilWi-Fi 7's Multi-Link Operation feature falls short of its promised speed gains
Multi-Link Operation (MLO) is a new Wi-Fi 7 feature designed to let routers transmit and receive data across multiple frequency bands simultaneously, rather than switching between them as older band-steering technology does. While MLO is theoretically meant to deliver faster, more stable connections, current implementations are not yet providing the full benefits the standard promises.
