GoKawiilSalesforce to acquire Braze for $5.66 billion in cash deal
Salesforce announced it will purchase customer engagement platform Braze, with Class A shareholders receiving $47.50 per share in cash. Braze shares jumped more than 50% on the news after a brief trading halt, while Salesforce stock dipped about 1%. The deal is expected to close in fiscal 2028.
