Golden Corral president and CEO Lance Trenary, who has worked at the buffet chain for 41 years and led it since 2015, told Fox Business that staying close to customers and staff by visiting restaurants is a habit he'll never abandon. He said he personally knows franchisees and managers across the chain's nearly 400 locations in 42 states, which serve about three million guests weekly. Trenary also acknowledged the chain is facing a difficult 2026 due to rising fuel, labor and food costs.
