GoKawiilHackerRank launches Chakra, an AI agent that conducts and evaluates coding interviews
HackerRank is rolling out Chakra, an AI interviewer that has conducted more than 500,000 interviews during a six-month beta involving companies like Snowflake, Snorkel and Capgemini. The tool watches candidates work through real code repositories, assessing not just final answers but reasoning, judgment and how effectively they collaborate with AI tools.
