Anthropic is merging its Claude Cowork tool with Claude Chat, leaving users with just Claude Chat and Claude Code instead of three separate modes. The rollout begins with Pro and Max subscribers over the coming weeks, and the update also brings new Claude Docs and Claude Slides features plus Claude Design integrated directly into conversations.
Anthropic has merged the separate front ends for Claude chat, Cowork and Artifacts into one interface, letting the AI automatically route tasks instead of forcing users to pick the right tab. The update also adds dedicated tools for creating and editing presentations and documents, which can be shared via link, exported as PDF or PowerPoint, and continued across desktop and mobile. The features are rolling out first to Pro and Max subscribers, with free and team tiers to follow.
A developer named Fabian released Chat-Man, a tool that connects WhatsApp to AI agents through an MCP server, allowing programmatic reading, searching, and sending of messages.
