GoKawiilNew MacBook Pro's XDR display adds support for Apple CMF 2026 color standard
Apple's latest MacBook Pro, featuring a PROLED XDR display with OLED and touchscreen capability, becomes the first laptop and only the second Apple product to support the Apple CMF 2026 color-matching function. This new color standard is designed to address perceptual color-accuracy issues present in the decades-old CIE 1931 standard, especially on modern narrow-spectrum display technologies like OLED and quantum dots.
