Robert Rivani, who never finished high school, has built a real estate business in Miami that has generated more than $1 billion in property acquisitions and sales entirely with his own capital, without outside investors or partners. He got his start reselling sneakers before moving into real estate, where he specializes in buying undervalued properties and redeveloping them, including his newer Class X office concept that centers hospitality and wellness.
