Second cyberattack wave hits supermarket fridges in Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden

Ahold Delhaize and Colruyt confirmed overnight that hackers remotely altered refrigerator settings to defrost mode, spoiling food across dozens of stores in four European countries. This follows a similar attack last month in France that affected hundreds of supermarkets, both traced to internet-connected Danfoss refrigeration units no longer receiving security updates.
