Sanofi and Regeneron expand drug alliance in deal worth up to $8 billion

Sanofi and Regeneron have agreed to broaden their existing partnership, with the collaboration potentially worth as much as $8 billion. The companies said they will jointly share development and commercialization costs, as well as any future profits generated by new drugs produced under the expanded agreement.
