GoKawiilCVS to pay $20.5 million to settle data-sharing lawsuit over website shoppers
CVS has agreed to a $20.5 million settlement over claims it shared customers' health and browsing data from cvs.com, cvshealth.com and its mobile app with advertiser Criteo and other third parties, without admitting wrongdoing. Anyone who used those platforms before July 27, 2026 can file a claim by Nov. 16, 2026, with undocumented claims eligible for up to $5 and documented ones up to $10, subject to reduction based on total claims filed.
