GoKawiilINTERPOL-led operation arrests 95 suspects in CSAM distribution network across 17 countries
Law enforcement agencies from 17 countries in Latin America and Europe carried out an INTERPOL-coordinated effort called International Effort Confluencia, conducting four operations between March and September 2026. Authorities executed 127 search warrants, arrested roughly 95 suspects tied to online messaging groups distributing child sexual abuse material, and rescued a five-year-old victim whose parent had been producing and selling abuse content. Cases included an Ecuadorian suspect holding 15GB of images, a Panamanian group administrator overseeing more than 700 users, and an Argentine suspect accused of sextorting over 260 girls globally.
