GoKawiilBose buys Skullcandy outright from Mill Road Capital
Bose has acquired Skullcandy in full from a fund managed by Mill Road Capital, which had taken the brand private in 2016 for about $196.6 million. Financial terms of the new deal were not disclosed. Skullcandy will keep operating under its own name from its Park City, Utah headquarters, now as part of Bose's Premium Consumer Audio division.
