Epic Games has told staff to shift to an 'AI first' workflow for its delayed Disney project featuring Marvel and Star Wars characters, according to Bloomberg. The game had been expected to launch in March, but Epic reportedly underestimated the staffing needed after cutting 1,000 jobs earlier this year. Epic confirmed it is moving to 'AI-accelerated development' with no more hand-written code, replacing it with full AI workflows.
