Imp brings DSPy-style declarative LLM programming to Elixir's BEAM

Imp is a new Elixir library that ports DSPy's approach of declaring language-model tasks as typed, measurable functions to the BEAM virtual machine. Developers define signatures describing inputs and outputs, choose reasoning strategies like chain-of-thought or ReAct-style tool use, and run an optimizer against labeled example sets to improve performance. The library builds prompts and validates responses automatically, returning typed fields rather than raw text.
