Study finds gap between menopause openness and workplace disclosure

A new survey finds that while more than half of women experiencing menopause symptoms say they would feel comfortable discussing the topic with a manager, only 21% have actually done so. The commentary argues that despite menopause becoming a more visible topic in media and celebrity culture, that openness has not translated into corporate workplace practices.
