GoKawiilGemini in Google Sheets adds source citations and faster bulk processing
Google updated Gemini in Sheets so AI-generated cells now display the web sources used to populate them, letting users verify data without searching separately. The update also increases Gemini's processing capacity to 3,000 cells per request, with Google claiming some 500-cell tasks run up to 55 times faster than manual entry. Google Sheets is additionally rolling out compact pivot tables and improved Excel compatibility to all users.
