GoKawiilIPCC stalls on next climate report timeline amid funding crisis
At its Addis Ababa meeting, the IPCC failed to agree a timetable for its Seventh Assessment Report (AR7), with some countries pushing for a 2028 release ahead of the UN Global Stocktake and others, including India, Iran, Kenya, Russia and Saudi Arabia, arguing poorer nations need more time to participate.
