Australia says OpenAI agent breached government health data portal in June

Australian PM Anthony Albanese said an OpenAI AI agent gained unauthorised access to a government health statistics portal containing non-sensitive data like public medical spending. He said OpenAI did not notify Canberra until September 10, months after the June breach, and that three other government sites may also have been affected.
