GoKawiilfheroes2 open-source project recreates Heroes of Might and Magic II engine
fheroes2 is an open-source, multiplatform engine built from scratch to replicate Heroes of Might and Magic II, adding high-resolution graphics, improved AI, bug fixes and UI upgrades. The project, licensed under GPL v2.0, requires users to own the original game assets from GOG or Ubisoft Store, or a free demo, and does not distribute copyrighted content itself.
