GoKawiilHilton's Anthropic-built AI Planner logs 18,000 guest conversations since launch
Hilton has deployed an AI Planner, built with Anthropic, that recommends destinations and builds full trip itineraries after conversing with guests; PYMNTS reports it has handled more than 18,000 conversations as of August, with Orlando, Aspen and the Caribbean among top searches. The tool is part of Hilton's push to keep bookings direct rather than through sites like Booking.com, Expedia or Uber, and the company is also appearing in Google's AI Mode and ChatGPT.
