Bengaluru-based Scimplify has closed a $25 million all-equity strategic funding round led by Hitachi Ventures, with customers Henkel and Teknor Apex joining as new investors alongside existing backers Accel India, Bertelsmann India Investments, Omnivore and 3one4 Capital. The round reportedly values the startup at $250 million, up from $150 million after its March 2025 Series B, bringing total equity raised to $80 million.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the Tennessee Valley Authority a construction permit for a BWRX-300 small modular reactor at the Clinch River site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
