GoKawiilAirbnb bars hosts from requiring dishwashing, laundry and trash removal at checkout
Airbnb has updated its house rules policy to prohibit hosts from asking guests to perform time-intensive chores such as washing dishes, stripping beds, starting laundry, or hauling out trash. The new rules, effective for bookings made on or after November 20th, still allow lighter requests like stacking dishes in the sink or sorting recycling into indoor bins. Airbnb will flag listings that still include banned cleaning requests with an 'includes cleaning requests' warning.
