GoKawiilAnthropic restricts Claude from recreating existing video games
Anthropic has updated Claude with new instructions preventing it from recreating specific existing video games, even if renamed. The company's technical staffer Addy Osmani confirmed the change on X, saying original games, genre-based games, and games built from a user's own assets remain unaffected. The update follows a wave of AAA titles like Halo and GTA V being decompiled and recreated as browser-playable AI projects.
