GoKawiilEmploy survey: AI-polished resumes now top stressor for recruiters
A 2026 report from recruiting platform Employ (owner of Lever, Jobvite and JazzHR), based on an August 2026 Zogby Analytics survey, found recruiters increasingly stressed by AI-polished job applications that look nearly identical. The same report found confirmed AI-driven candidate fraud rose to 27% of organizations, up from 23% in 2025, with half of affected teams reporting over 50 fraudulent applications. Overall recruiter stress fell for a second year as hiring activity rose to 74% of HR decision-makers reporting more activity in 2026.
