GoKawiilLost Intel Larrabee GPU recovered from storage unit, drivers now archived online
A Reddit user who bought a storage unit's contents found an Intel development PC containing a working Larrabee GPU prototype along with USB drives holding Intel's original graphics drivers and documentation. The owner backed up the software and published it on the Internet Archive, letting surviving Larrabee cards run properly for the first time. Tests showed the card running Crysis at 1280x720 with medium settings, hitting roughly 17 FPS on one driver build and about 36 FPS on another.
