GoKawiilFan-built 810-piece Lego replica of ASML's employee-only EUV kit appears on Rebrickable
A builder known as NightHawk11991 designed an 810-piece, 152-unique-part Lego replica of ASML's employee-exclusive TWINSCAN EXE:5000 High-NA EUV machine set, posting instructions on Rebrickable. The MOC adds interior details like vacuum pumps, a laser emitter and reflectors, plus a sliding wafer tray, and was shared publicly by X user @lithos_graphein, who said it took about a week to build.
