GoKawiilFloci launches to emulate AWS, GCP and Azure services locally
Floci is a new tool that emulates cloud services—such as S3, Pub/Sub and Service Bus—on a local machine, allowing developers to run and test cloud-dependent code without connecting to a real cloud account. It supports use cases including CI pipelines with 24ms startup times, offline local development, and dry-running Terraform, OpenTofu or CloudFormation scripts against localhost before touching production infrastructure.
