Marvel has finally worked Miracleman, a character it acquired publishing rights to years ago but rarely used, into its main comics continuity. The character appears as part of the 'Avengers: Armageddon' crossover event, though not in the manner most longtime fans anticipated.
Marvel Comics revealed that Triple H has co-written a short story titled 'The Big Night' with artist Ed McGuinness for the milestone Amazing Spider-Man #1000 issue, releasing September 30. WWE's Director of Character Development, Rob Fee, is also credited as a contributor to the special issue, which will feature multiple anniversary stories from acclaimed comic creators including Brian Michael Bendis and Frank Miller.
