GoKawiilAbstract L2 to shut down Dec. 15, 2026, giving 144 apps two-month migration window
Abstract, the Ethereum layer-2 built by Pudgy Penguins parent Igloo Inc., announced it will cease operations on Dec. 15, 2026, giving more than 144 deployed apps roughly two months to migrate. Users must move funds via Abstract's Migration Hub or Native Bridge, which has a three-hour delay, and any funds not bridged by the deadline will be lost. Igloo CEO Luca Netz said the company spent tens of millions over two years without achieving product-market fit.
