GoKawiilIsar Aerospace's Spectrum rocket becomes first to reach orbit from Western Europe
German company Isar Aerospace launched its Spectrum rocket from Andøya Space Center in Norway on Sept. 5, and about seven minutes later the vehicle reached an elliptical orbit.
