Study finds no difference in urine flow between standing and sitting men
Colombian researchers tested 52 healthy men, half standing and half sitting while urinating, measuring maximum flow rate and total volume voided. The study, published in Neurourology and Urodynamics, found no significant difference between postures except that sitting slightly shortened the time to reach peak flow.
