Categorica open-sources Prometheus exporter module built into NGINX

Categorica has released an open-source NGINX module that exports Prometheus metrics natively, rather than through a separate exporter process. The module can be compiled directly into NGINX using a supplied Makefile, which also handles fetching the NGINX source code needed for the build.
