GoKawiilDominican artist completes 307-foot mural on South Bronx building
Artist Néstor Omar García spent 22 days working from swing scaffolds to paint a 307-foot-tall mural depicting a block party scene on the side of a South Bronx building. The mural is described as the tallest in the country.
