GoKawiilNZXT partner Fragile remotely bricks stolen rental PC, then replaces it for buyer
A Reddit user bought a used PC for $650 on OfferUp, only to have it remotely disabled after a Windows update months later. Fragile, which manages NZXT's Flex rental subscription, identified the machine as a stolen rental unit worth roughly $1,500 and said the seller had no right to sell it. After the buyer provided receipts and chat records, Fragile agreed to send a free replacement PC, provided the original unit is turned over to police.
