GoKawiilGallup: US employee engagement falls below 30%, lowest since 2011
Gallup's latest survey found U.S. employee engagement has dropped under 30%, marking its lowest level in 15 years. The decline was sharpest among fully remote workers, whose engagement fell five points, while onsite workers saw a smaller drop of about one point.
