In an interview, Payoneer CEO John Caplan described how the 22-year-old fintech now serves two million customers across 190 countries, processing roughly $100 billion annually for entrepreneurs selling on platforms like Amazon, Shopify and Etsy. Caplan said the company has grown into a billion-dollar revenue business with nearly $300 million in adjusted EBITDA since he took over, up from a $500 million operation.
