GoKawiilNew city-builder 'Permit Pending' makes zoning fights the core gameplay
Permit Pending is a city simulation game in which players act as an elected mayor rather than an all-powerful planner. Every proposed project, from apartment blocks to bus lanes, must survive zoning hearings, public objections, lawsuits and appeals before it can be built, with an underlying economic simulation and a cast of neighbors who react to decisions.
