Peak Design enters charging accessories market with Qi2.3 battery and GaN charger

Peak Design has launched a line of charging products including the $100 Kickstand Travel Battery, which it says is the first Qi2.3-certified wireless charger with 5,000mAh capacity and 15W wireless output. The company also introduced a $100 foldable 2-in-1 wireless charging station with dual 25W Qi 2.2 pads plus a USB-C port, a $65 GaN-based Dual Slim Charger delivering up to 65W across two USB-C ports, and new UltraStrand cables.

Peak Design has launched new wireless charging accessories, including a $99.95 Wireless Kickstand Travel Battery with a 5,000mAh cell that the company calls the first Qi2.3-certified wireless charger, capable of 25W output when plugged into USB power and 15W on battery alone. It also released a $99.95 Wireless Charging Station 2-in-1, a Qi2.2-compatible pad offering two simultaneous 25W charging spots, both built from anodized aluminum in black or cream finishes.
