GoKawiilDOJ reportedly questions Nvidia over $13 billion Hugging Face acquisition
Reuters reports the Department of Justice has asked about how Nvidia's roughly $13 billion purchase of Hugging Face, agreed in September, could affect competitors in the AI market. Hugging Face runs an open-source platform for hosting and testing AI models and also sells AI infrastructure, which appears to be the focus of the DOJ's inquiry.
