Six Flags to add seat belts to coasters after rider death

Six Flags announced it is installing seat belts on some of its roller coasters following the death of a rider earlier this month. The company said it is also reviewing operational procedures across its parks in response to the fatal accident, which had raised questions about ride restraints.
