GoKawiilOura files new patent lawsuit against Ultrahuman over Ring Pro in US
Oura has sued Ultrahuman again in a Texas federal court, alleging its redesigned Ring Pro infringes two patents, including one granted just two days before the suit was filed. Oura is seeking damages and another US sales ban, and has also named manufacturer SVTronics as a defendant. Ultrahuman says it will contest the claims, noting US Customs and Border Protection previously cleared the Ring Pro's redesign over an earlier patent dispute.
