GoKawiilDOJ creates Super Intelligence Task Force to police AI fraud, foreign threats
The Department of Justice announced a new unit called the Super Intelligence Task Force (DOJ-SITF), aimed at preventing US AI technology from being compromised by foreign states, criminal organizations, and fraudsters. The task force is led by Stanley Woodward and Stephen Weiss, who report to Attorney General Todd Blanche, and will coordinate with SI Force Chair Jay Clayton. Blanche said the goal is to ensure American-developed 'SI' technology serves the public and isn't manipulated by bad actors.
