Nintendo will raise the price of its base 256GB Switch 2 console from $449.99 to $499.99 beginning next Tuesday, September 1st. The company had previously announced the increase, and it also recently unveiled two game bundles priced above $500 that include a slight discount.
Humble Bundle is selling Steam keys for Daniel Mullins' deckbuilder Inscryption at $7.99, down from its usual $20 price, for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The sale comes as Mullins teased a sequel to another of his titles, Pony Island, called Pony Island 2: Panda Circus, at Gamescom 2026.
Nvidia announced that its GeForce Now cloud gaming service will support Valve's Steam Controller and Steam Machine later this year, initially for the Steam Deck and Steam Machine app, with Windows and macOS support coming afterward. The update accompanies other GeForce Now additions, including DLSS 4.5 controls, GOG single sign-on, wider Fire TV Stick availability, and Firefox browser support.

The update also introduces controller key/mouse mapping with cloud sharing, deeper Steam integration for friends, achievements and Workshop access, plus a redesigned library sorted by platform.
