Sega and Netflix partner on Crazy Taxi film, new Sonic series, and Stranger Than Heaven adaptation

Sega has struck a deal with Netflix to adapt three of its properties: a Crazy Taxi feature film written by the writers of 2025's Naked Gun reboot, a new animated Sonic the Hedgehog series aimed at young children, and a live-action movie based on the upcoming RGG Studio game Stranger Than Heaven. Sega producer Toru Nakahara is involved in all three projects, with the Crazy Taxi film slated for release next year alongside the game sequel Crazy Taxi: World Tour.
