How quantum computers use extreme cold to keep qubits stable

Quantum computers rely on qubits, which unlike binary bits can hold many values at once and can be linked so that information about one affects the others. Because qubits are extremely sensitive to outside disturbances that can corrupt calculations, quantum systems are cooled to temperatures colder than deep space to keep them stable enough to run algorithms accurately.
